At RADL Track Club, the standard is high because the commitment is personal. We ask our athletes to work hard, accept coaching, honor their commitments, and believe that progress must be earned. In return, we give them a coach who cares deeply, teammates who stand beside them, and a family that takes their future seriously.
A coaching legacy that began in 1991
Coach Eddie Jackson began coaching in 1991 and founded RADL Track Club in 1995. His career has been built through decades of teaching, preparation, competition, and commitment to young people. He has coached more than 100 national champions and helped develop hundreds of state and national champions over the years.
Those accomplishments carry the stories of athletes who learned to trust their preparation, respond to correction, and keep working when improvement came slowly. The medals matter. So do the discipline, confidence, and character an athlete carries long after the competition ends.
Our work ethic is a daily commitment
We believe in sowing and reaping: the effort you put into preparation shapes what you can bring to competition. That means showing up on time, listening carefully, practicing with purpose, and taking responsibility for your progress. Talent gives an athlete something to develop. Consistent effort gives that talent direction.
Our training demands focus. Our coaching includes honest correction. We expect athletes to respect their coaches, encourage their teammates, and follow through when the work becomes difficult. Every athlete deserves instruction that meets their stage of development, along with the challenge to keep growing.

Coach Jackson treats every athlete and parent like family. That commitment reaches beyond a personal record or a place on the podium. It means recognizing each child as an individual, celebrating progress, addressing concerns honestly, and remaining invested through setbacks as well as success.
A new athlete deserves the same dignity, attention, and respect as an established champion. Parents deserve clear communication and a coach who understands the time, trust, and sacrifice they place in this program. At RADL, belonging comes with responsibility: we show up for one another, communicate, and protect the trust that holds a team together.
A personal commitment from Coach Jackson
When you entrust your child to this program, I take that responsibility seriously. I will coach with purpose, correct with care, and expect effort. I want your child to understand their ability, take pride in their preparation, and learn how to respond when life asks more of them. I am committed to the athlete they can become and the person they are becoming along the way.
