Who we are

RADL Track Club operates radltrackclub.org. Contact Coach Eddie Jackson at info@radlluminaries.org or RADL Track Club, 103 Cottage Drive, Natchez, MS 39120.

Membership applications

A parent or legal guardian completes registration. We collect each child’s name, date of birth, grade and address; parent or guardian names and phone numbers; billing contact details; and application permissions. We use these details to administer membership, contact families and arrange requested AAU or USATF athlete registrations. Applications are saved in private order records and emailed to the club’s administrative inbox. Registration does not automatically create a public athlete profile.

Payments

Stripe processes online payments. RADL’s order records include billing information, payment status and transaction references rather than full card numbers. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy policy.

Photos and athlete profiles

Permission to publish a child’s submitted name, action photo, biography, personal records and favorite event is optional. Public images and videos may be viewed or copied by visitors. Contact us to request a correction or removal of your child’s public content.

Sponsors and donations

We collect information needed to process donations. Sponsor applications may include organization name, website, contact details and a recognition preference. Applications remain private; public sponsor recognition is reviewed separately and follows the permission provided.

Cookies and service providers

WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies and technical information for login sessions, shopping carts, checkout and security. Embedded videos, including HeyGen content, may send browser information to the provider and use its cookies when loaded or played. Hosting, email and payment providers may process information needed to provide their services. AAU or USATF may receive athlete information when we arrange a requested registration.

Records and requests

We keep information as needed to administer membership and orders, resolve questions, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Backup copies may retain information after removal from the live site. Parents or legal guardians may email info@radlluminaries.org to request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for future public profile use. We may verify identity before acting, and some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or security purposes.
